Diploma Pick Up

Dear Class of 2020 Graduates!

 

We are excited about next week’s Diploma Pick Up Day. 

Please look over the important instructions below: 

 

DIPLOMA PICK UP DAY

Wednesday, May 27, 2020

9 am to 12 pm

 

1-Plan to arrive by car and stay in the car. Follow instructions from staff members once at MHS.

2-ONLY one car allowed per graduate.

3-Wear cap and gown and academic regalia (cords, sashes, stoles, etc.).

4-Wear a mask.  We will be practicing social distancing.

5-Only the graduate will be allowed out of the car to have their name announced and receive their diploma.

6-Pictures will be taken by a staff member and emailed to students. 

7-You are required to leave the parking lot right after getting your diploma. 

8-Bring your picture ID. 

9-Diplomas will not be distributed to students that have not cleared their accounts and returned all items owed to Magnolia High School.

9 am-10 am	A-G
10 am-11 am	H-O
11 am-12 pm	P-Z
